Breakfast eggfins

    Peppers
      Milk
        Egg
          Cheddar Cheese
Steps
  • Preheat the oven to 190c & grease a muffin tin
  • Chop 1 pepper into small chunks and grate a handful of cheddar cheese
  • Crack the eggs into a bowl (4 eggs will make 6 muffins), whisk the eggs with a good splash of milk
  • Pour the eggs into the muffin tray, evenly add the chopped pepper and cheese
  • Place the muffins into the oven and bake for 15 mins or until the egg is cooked
  • Allow the muffins to cook before removing from the tray, freeze for a month or enjoy straight away!
